Returns & Refund

At Aus Bio Peps, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides in Australia, we maintain strict protocols regarding returns to ensure the safety and scientific integrity of our entire inventory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original professional packaging with all seals intact.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Process

We take great care in fulfillment, but if an error occurs, we will rectify it immediately.

  • Reporting: You must report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please provide clear photographs of the damaged vial, the exterior packaging, and the packing slip.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a priority replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.


3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure that all researchers receive products that have never left a temperature-controlled environment, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or Tampered Vials: Any product where the flip-off cap or vacuum seal has been compromised.

  • Reconstituted Products: Peptides that have been mixed with bacteriostatic water or other solvents.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the risk of environmental degradation (heat/light exposure) during transit, we cannot accept “change of mind” returns for sensitive biological compounds.


4. Refund Conditions & Processing Time

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a damaged item that cannot be replaced):

  • Approval: We will notify you via email once we have inspected the claim.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).

  • Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed by our warehouse (typically within 1–2 hours of placement).

  • After Dispatch: Once a tracking number has been generated and the courier has collected the parcel, the order can no longer be cancelled.


6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier but claimed as missing (please see our [Shipping Policy] regarding lost parcels).

  • Orders delayed by third-party courier peak periods or extreme weather events.

  • Items seized or delayed by international customs (as we are a domestic peptide supplier in Australia, this typically only applies to international inquiries).
